Fitness and health management play a key role in our busy modern lifestyles, everybody can participate and find a fitness solution to fit your needs, whatever your starting point. Whether it's to recover from an injury, prevent one or any other specific goal, it can be achieved with the right fortitude, motivation and direction. 

With 19 years' experience in the health and fitness industry. I started my career in 1999, training and working for the prestigious flag ship Holmes Place Health Club on the Fulham road, whilst studying for my diploma and then Bsc(Hons) degree in sports science and fitness evaluation. Along with a few others in the early 00's, I then became one of the original park personal trainers based around Chelsea, Battersea, Wandsworth Common, Mayfair, Fulham, Clapham and Kensington. Obviously since then the industry has exploded and rightly so. As a keen sportsman playing to a high level in rugby and then in my later 20's amateur league football I have always enjoyed and been interested in exercise. I have helped people with many various fitness goals. From injury recovery and prevention, weight loss, Weight Gain, lifestyle changes and general fitness.

I still have the same enthusiasm as I did 19 years ago and over this time I have been lucky and privileged to work with so many wonderful clients who I now consider friends. Many of them for decades. Everyone has the guts to achieve their own personal glory, sometimes you just need a guide.

After working in a genetics laboratory for 5 years I decided to take the plunge and follow my passion into the fitness industry, I have never looked back. From standard gym classes helping me de-stress during my studies and previous job to competing in CrossFit competitions, fitness has always been apart of my life.

I believe every individual is an athlete and deserves to be coached like one. My love of pushing members during a workout will help you both physically and mentally. I will always use 100% of my knowledge and experience to ensure you, as members, achieve your goals and I promise you'll sweat and have a hell of a lot of fun!!


I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently studying to become Pre and Post Natal Training qualified.

My passion for fitness started 10 years ago when I first moved to London and after 10 years as an Executive Assistant decided to take the leap and leave the corporate world to make my passion my job. 

I specialise in circuit training and hiit training, incorporating natural, every day movements into my training programmes both as a fitness instructor and as a personal trainer.

I approach every client individually with a huge smile and deep belief that physical health influences mental health and general well-being.

I try to lead by example in all things that I do as a trainer and hope that my example will inspire others around me to better themselves.



Brenda fell in love with yoga 4 years ago in the UK after moving from France for a work opportunity. She discovered it in Farnham where she met a beautiful local community. She followed Julie Montagu's 200 hours Vinyasa Teacher Training course. 

Brenda truly believes that Yoga has many powers . Among them, Yoga helps with flexibility and strenght but it also brings people together, help people manage better their stress, and increase their self-care and self-love. Brenda's goal is for her students to leave the class feeling stronger and more in love with themselves :-)

Brenda's classes are dynamic, fun and there is always room for some play time, suitable for beginner and advanced.



Emer discovered Pilates years ago to help manage the pain she had been experiencing since the age of 14 due to years of high impact sports. Pilates helped her become pain free, increase her strength and improve her posture. From then on her love of Pilates grew and in 2016 she pursued a career as a Pilates Instructor and has been teaching ever since.

Emer is a BASI comprehensive qualified Pilates Instructor and has completed extra training in pre and post natal pilates as well as injuries and pathologies. She is on her way to becoming a Chartered Physiotherapist and is currently studying Physiotherapy at Brunel University London. Emer is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist.

Emer loves to share her passion for Pilates and movement with her clients. She believes Pilates is for everyone and her goal for her clients is to have them leave feeling stronger, pain free and of course to enjoy themselves!
