Whether it's to recover from an injury, prevent one or any other specific goal, it can be achieved with the right fortitude, motivation and direction. 

With 19 years' experience in the health and fitness industry. I started my career in 1999, training and working for the prestigious flag ship Holmes Place Health Club on the Fulham road, whilst studying for my diploma and then Bsc(Hons) degree in sports science and fitness evaluation. Along with a few others in the early 00's, I then became one of the original park personal trainers based around Chelsea, Battersea, Wandsworth Common, Mayfair, Fulham, Clapham and Kensington. Obviously since then the industry has exploded and rightly so. As a keen sportsman playing to a high level in rugby and then in my later 20's amateur league football I have always enjoyed and been interested in exercise. I have helped people with many various fitness goals. From injury recovery and prevention, weight loss, Weight Gain, lifestyle changes and general fitness.

I still have the same enthusiasm as I did 19 years ago and over this time I have been lucky and privileged to work with so many wonderful clients who I now consider friends. Many of them for decades. Everyone has the guts to achieve their own personal glory, sometimes you just need a guide.

Charlotte Dudgale


Charlotte started studying yoga 7 years ago as a way of managing stressful employment within the social care sector. She fell in love with the way it helped balance her mind and soon noticed the physical benefits it had on her body, following many previous injuries caused by long distance running.
Charlotte decided to travel to Rishikesh, India to deepen her own practice and gain a 500 RYT qualification from Shiva Yoga Peeth in February 2017. She has a keen interest in alignment of asana and passing on her learned knowledge to other students. Charlotte considers herself a continuous student in the yoga field and her passions revolve around a yoga lifestyle. Her sessions are fun, balanced and relaxing and open to all levels of yogi.



Becki Haslam


I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Pre and Post Natal Exercise qualified. 

My aim is to find a training style that you will enjoy, is effective and that works for you. I have worked with a mix of clients from ladies 1 week off giving birth to office workers who want to gain muscle for a summer holiday. I’m friendly and keen for a laugh and joke but when we need to get down to business the game face is on!


Becca Sullivan 


Becca found her love for yoga 5 years ago and is a 200 hour RYT. She is passionate about the mental, spiritual and physical benefits of the practice and is on a mission to teach others how yoga can help them become the best version of themselves. She learnt from the best with Julie Montagu at her Whole Self Yoga Teacher Training. Becca’s classes are both dynamic and meditative and will make you sweat before your Savasana!


Jon Brazier 


Jon is a Lecturer, coach and researcher in the field of Strength and Conditioning. He is an accredited strength and conditioning coach with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jon has provided coaching support to a variety of athletes from elite to recreational. Most of his work has been with professional football, Great Britain combat sport and track and field athletes. Jon is currently consulting with a number of professional football and cricket teams.

He is currently completing his PhD which is investigating the molecular physiology of musculoskeletal soft tissue injuries in elite rugby athletes, with a focus on ligament and tendon injuries. He is also part of a research team investigating the genetic influence of concussion in elite rugby athletes.

Stephanie Todd

Yoga for me means freedom, on and off the mat. Yoga leaves me with an inner sense of balance and joy that I get from nothing else I do. I come to Yoga to meet myself with kindness, love and of course some challenge! The union between mind, body and breath. My goal is to share this magic with everyone who wishes to give it a go.

When I came to Yoga for the first time 5 years ago I thought it was just stretching. Then realised, yoga is not just a challenge physically with some strong and flexibility intense postures, but it also does a lot to balance the mind, which feels amazing after, but a work-in during the practice. Yoga gives you strength and stillness to take on and off the mat!

I completed my 300 hour Yoga Rhythm training over 13 months and continue everyday to be a student of the practice with an abundance of gratitude for the wisdom my teachers and students have shared with me.

I deliver medium pace flowing Hatha/Vinyasa practices with a focus on breath, meditation, alignment and yoga philosophy. I’m always creating new playlists to compliment the practice and love to offer aromatherapy oils to enhance the final relaxation. Modifications will always be offered so all levels are welcome.



BRENDA BIVAUD


Brenda fell in love with yoga 4 years ago in the UK after moving from France for a work opportunity. She discovered it in Farnham where she met a beautiful local community. She followed Julie Montagu's 200 hours Vinyasa Teacher Training course.

Brenda truly believes that Yoga has many powers . Among them, Yoga helps with flexibility and strenght but it also brings people together, help people manage better their stress, and increase their self-care and self-love. Brenda's goal is for her students to leave the class feeling stronger and more in love with themselves :-)

Brenda's classes are dynamic, fun and there is always room for some play time, suitable for beginner and advanced.


Maria Craven

Maria's yoga journey began 15yrs when she attended an Iyengar class in Dublin. However, it was many years later after moving to London she developed a regular yoga practice and undertook a 200hr Hatha training in 2015 with Eleonara Herrera Ramsby. Maria has since trained In Vinyasa flow with Mimi Kuo Deemer (Triyoga) and Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater (The Life Centre).
 Maria has a focused approach to alignment using props to ensure the body is safely supported in all postures. Maria believes yoga is for everybody no matter what age, physical physique or injuries you may have. Maria has a keen interest in the healing abilities of yoga and is also trained as an energy healer. Having experienced the benefits of a slower practice Maria is a keen advocate for Restorative yoga and teachers on Sunday afternoons.


Jahna Drunis

Jahna is a physiotherapist and nutritionist with a vast array of experience ranging from working within major NHS Foundation Trusts in London to working with sports teams and private clients. Jahna’s background of experience in the sporting world include:

 

- Physiotherapist & Nutritionist for Guinness World Record, Fastest Cycle across Europe

- Physiotherapist for the London Marathon

- Ski & Snowboard physiotherapist, Three Valleys – France.

- Physiotherapist for the first all Diabetic GB Team to enter the DiaEuro Futsall Campionship.

 

Gaining a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy lead to undertaking further education in a MSc Applied Sports Nutrition at St Mary’s University, Twickenham. Having a sporting background in running, cycling, CrossFit, skiing and climbingJahna understands the inter-twining link between nutrition, performance and rehabilitation.

 


Amy Scott

After working in a genetics laboratory for 5 years I decided to take the plunge and follow my passion into the fitness industry, I have never looked back. From standard gym classes helping me de-stress during my studies and previous job to competing in CrossFit competitions, fitness has always been apart of my life.


I believe every individual is an athlete and deserves to be coached like one. My love of pushing members during a workout will help you both physically and mentally. I will always use 100% of my knowledge and experience to ensure you, as members, achieve your goals and I promise you'll sweat and have a hell of a lot of fun!!
